SHARE YOUR SUPPORT FOR KERRY’S PRIVATE MEMBER’S BILL C-243

In November 2025, I was honoured to table my Private Members’ Bill C-243. The Bill’s goal is to keep murderers in jail and stop them from traumatizing their victims’ families.

 Simply put, it means that once a convicted murderer applies for parole and is denied, they could not reapply again for five years. 

 It would mean that murderers cannot reapply each and every year and that loved ones have a five-year break between testifying at parole reviews. 

Now I’m seeking your support to ensure this legislation passes its next vote in the House.
